FC Canberra City has now expanded beyond our traditional group sessions, offering players an opportunity to refine technical ability individually or within small groups.
Individual Sessions (Position Specific & Isolated Focus).
Small group sessions (2 - 4 Players).
In a range of specific sessions, FCCC staff will provide players with an opportunity to improve across all four corners of our player development philosophy.
The Football Conditioning focusing on development specific workouts to improve stamina and speed. This occurs through speed repeatability & multi print exercises, as well as pitch plyometrics and football specific gym workouts.
The Skill Acquisition components allow our players to focus on the four core skills & underlying pillars of technical development, including, dribbling, 1 v 1 moments, striking the ball and first touch.
