I have trained as part of the FC Canberra City Academy for around 18 months and it has given me an insight into training at a professional level. The quality of coaching, number of sessions and periodised loading is something unseen in Canberra to date, and it has helped me reach a new level of football beyond what I initially expected to achieve.

FC Canberra City and FC Malaga City have played an influential role in my development as a player. FCCC helped me evolve as a player and consider all aspects of my game prior to arriving in Malaga, Spain. In recent months, I have had the opportunity to fulfil my dream of playing abroad and am thankful for the efforts of the FC Canberra City academy staff.

I have been training with FC Canberra City for 3 years, and in this time, I have progressed from U14 NPL to U23 NPL, having had the opportunity to work on a number of aspects of my game. Training's are well structured and always consider player development at the forefront of its philosophy. The FCCC Academy environment is challenging, demanding and highly rewarding. If you are prepared to put in the work, you will receive the reward.

Over the past two years, I have trained as part of the FC Canberra City Academy Program. Training here has made a huge impact on my view of football. Being apart of the academy has changed the world of football for me and opened a number of pathways that may not have been initially possible. Training here has helped me in my progression from playing in a Division 1 team to securing a role in the NPL1 competition. It has given me the opportunity to pursue further opportunities abroad in Spain, where I recently signed as part of the U19 at FC Malaga City. I believe the defining part of my story is the progression and development. With the support of the academy staff, I have gone from playing football at local level to making first team appearances for both Canberra Olympic FC and Queanbeyan City FC in the 2020 season.
